4 Perfect Postpartum Smoothies

These are perfect for mamas who need to boost their mood and energy with natural super foods, along fulfilling nutrients that nourish our body and brain right, to keep positive, focused and of course, active!

This is why they are perfect for postpartum period, but of course, any mama can benefit from these.

I’m obsessed with smoothies because it’s an easy way to get healthy nutrients, and easy to “eat” & make with a newborn or baby.

I personally love to take them mid morning or mid afternoon (between meals) as a great snack / mini meal.

Plus, I add plant based protein for each smoothie for extra nourishment and fulfillment, and collagen for hair loss prevention as well as hair loss regrowth while also helping with skin, nails & bones.

Green Smoothie

1 glass milk (milk of choice)
