3 Perfect Postpartum Smoothies

These are perfect for mamas who need to boost their mood and energy with natural super foods, along fulfilling nutrients that nourish our body and brain right, to keep positive, focused and of course, active!

This is why they are perfect for postpartum period, but of course, any mama can benefit from these.

I’m obsessed with smoothies because it’s an easy way to get healthy nutrients, and easy to “eat” & make with a newborn or baby #momlife

I personally love to take them mid morning or mid afternoon (between meals) as a great snack / mini meal.

Plus, I add plant based protein for extra nourishment and fulfillment, and collagen for hair loss prevention as well as hair loss regrowth while also helping with skin, nails & bones.

Green Smoothie

1 glass Oat milk (or milk of choice)

1 teaspoon Spirulina shop

1/2 scoop of Chia Seeds shop

Handful of spinach

Handful of kale

1/2 banana

1 scoop of Matcha collagen shop or regular collagen shop

OPTIONAL SUB: instead of fresh kale & spinach & spirulina you can opt for 1 scoop of super food greens, which makes it even more convenient shop

Cacao Smoothie

1 glass Oat milk (or milk of choice) 1 scoop Cacao Powder shop 1 scoop Maca shop

1 teaspoon of flaxseeds shop

1 scoop of Peanut butter or almond butter

1 scoop of Collagen shop

Tropical Smoothie

1 glass Coconut Water SHOP (or sub for milk of choice)

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of pineapple chunks

1/4 avocado

1 scoop of Collagen shop

OPTIONAL SUB: Add 1 scoop of berry super foods instead for fresh blueberries shop

OPTIONAL IN EVERY SMOOTHIE ADDITIONAL PROTEIN: Make any of the above a protein smoothie for longer fulfillment and more nutrients with this plant based protein & extra super foods, I personally like it in chocolate for every smoothie, adds a better taste shop
