Healthy Family Banana Bread / Banana Muffins



Super easy to make & perfect for the whole family. Even for baby once he/she has tried all ingredients individually (after 9 months approx) it has no salt, no sugar, and it's delicious! The bananas make it sweet and the yogurt makes it super moist!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Bananas

  • 1 Large Egg

  • 1 & 1/2 Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/3 Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda

  • Coconut Oil (for pan)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat Oven at 350

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl

  3. Add in the egg, yogurt, and oil and whisk it

  4. Add in the cinnamon and baking soda and whisk it

  5. Gently stir in the flour until combined

  6. Add coconut oil on the pan to prevent it from sticking and pour the mix

  7. Bake for 50-60min if it's a banana bread, and for 15min if muffins

If you are doing it for adults, you can add walnuts or chocolate if you'd like too!

For the whole family, another option is to add other fruits in pieces like blueberries.
