My Go-To Smoothie



The perfect snack in between meals, easy to make and drink (even while holding a baby with one hand... and a crazy busy lifestyle). No excuses, you can make it in 10min, and it will provide you with amazing super-foods & nutrients to feed your brain & body, it will beautify your skin, hair and nails, and keep you full until it’s time for the next meal: 

  • 1 glass of unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk I also love unsweetened cashew or coconut milk)

  • 1 scoop of Protein powder (make sure it’s a clean brand. And as for flavor I personally like chocolate)

  • 1 scoop of Chia seeds (full of omega3, fiber, iron, calcium & antioxidants)

  • 1 scoop of flaxseeds (packed with omega3, antioxidants, minerals & plenty of good fats, it also helps digestion & boosts the immune system)

  • 1 scoop of Beauty Collagen (will help with postpartum hair loss prevention and regrowth, as well as will keep Nails & skin strong and beautiful) 

  • 1 scoop of Superfood powder (easy extra nutrients without cutting fruits and veggies. With organic greens, veggies, berries, and probiotics. Perfect for busy bees like us)

  • 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses (extra natural source of calcium, only needed if pregnant or breastfeeding) 

  • 1 tablespoon of Bee pollen (a brain & immune booster & full of antioxidants)
