My Immunity Supplements & Super Foods

During pregnancy, our immune system is lower, plus, we are still in cold & flu season, AND of course, the Corona virus outbreak. All we can do is focus on boosting our immune system taking our health and hygiene to the next level.


Above all, we need to boost our immunity through a balanced nutrient dense diet, but during times like these (during pregnancy, every winter and when I travel), it's good to add a few supplements.

HERE ARE THE SUPPLEMENTS I TAKE

1. Zinc (shop).

Foods: Nuts (almonds, peanuts, and hazelnuts), Seeds, Green leafy vegetables (such as spinach and broccoli), avocado.

Foods: Cod liver oil, eggs.Fortified breakfast cereals, broccoli, spinach (and most dark green, leafy vegetables), orange (and yellow vegetables and fruits).

9. Vitamin C (shop).

Foods: broccoli, cantaloupe, cauliflower, kale, kiwi, orange juice, papaya, peppers, sweet potato, strawberries, tomatoes.

10. Omega 3 (shop).

Foods: Mackerel, Salmon, Cod liver oil, Oysters, Sardines, Anchovies, Caviar
