End of Second Trimester Pregnancy Recap

My favorite trimester has come to an end and, here's a recap of what's happened:
I was able to completely eliminate my sciatica pain with chiropractic work (it started at week 16 and was gone by week 23 so I’m hoping it doesn’t come back and if it does, I now know where to go).
My energy level has been amazing through the whole pregnancy (so different from my other two) and the end of the 2nd T wasn’t any different. I did notice though that, the week I didn’t take my multivitamin (was out of it) I felt a drop in energy (it has iron & b12 which help so much) so I’m def not going to miss one day from now onward because I know how the 3rd trimester already - typically - brings me MANY low energy days, which I’m also ready to embrace with more rest, nesting & cozy fall activities.
I’ve kept my workout activity exactly the same: 1h daily walks followed by weight training 5 days a week, and I plan to keep it that way until the very end even if that means more breaks in between sets, I always listen to my body, but showing up changes my whole day.
I did notice cramping on my calf's one night (my first time experiencing this pregnancy symptom ever) but luckily too, it was that punctual occasion.
I passed my glucose test and my labs have been perfect!!
And baby girl was head down by week 28 like her brother and sister, ready to go!
Finally, I have started to notice more water retention and blood volume (for ex I notice bleeding when I brush my teeth which is very common in this stage too), which always happens to me in the third trimester - and then I swear it all out postpartum lol
A friend mentioned a quick diversion he’d been enjoying after work, so I popped open my tablet In Zambia and tapped on yesplay plinko. The interface loaded seamlessly, and I was pleased to see clear instructions without any clutter. Dropping the chip felt like guiding it through a maze of pegs, and each little bounce carried a thrill of unpredictability. I appreciated how intuitive it all was—I didn’t need a manual to jump right in. By the end of my break, I was already planning my strategy for my next turn.
My brother called last night, asking about bodybuilding boosters. I looked for reliable fitness info. Came across https://valhallavitality.com/blog/what-is-enclomiphene-for-bodybuilding-used-for, a blog with clear tips. It describes enclomiphene’s benefits for testosterone and strength gains, with advice for safe use. It gave us useful insights to discuss.
The article https://ways2well.com/blog/the-incredible-versatility-of-omnipotent-stem-cells made me look at the possibilities of medicine in a new way. Before, stem cells seemed like something out of science fiction, but now I realize that this is our real future. Especially impressed that they are already used in the treatment of burns and organ damage. It is easy to read, without overloading with terms. I am very grateful to the author for such fascinating and useful material.
