Postpartum Recovery Bathroom Caddy: List & Links

For the postpartum bathroom caddy (for vaginal birth recovery) I made it simple and got this already set up Frida Mom basket with all of the essentials. It comes with:

• Disposable underwear

• Instant ice maxi pads (that dont need to be in freezer)

• An upside down perri bottle

• Perineal foam

• Perineal wipes

And then I just add

• Hemorrhage cream

• More organic pads when done with the first days of ice pads
