Schedule the test earlier in the day (I like 11am)
Have a high protein breakfast that morning (and avoid foods high in sugar & simple carbs completely)
Get some exercise that morning (even if it’s a 15min walk) which can help get your blood sugar levels in check
AND although these are helpful to help the day of, you should incorporate these into your pregnancy lifestyle throughout (more protein, less simple carbs and sugars, and daily walks will help glucose levels overall, which we ultimately want for a healthy pregnancy and baby, not just to help us pass one test).
