How & Why Take Collagen Daily

- Matcha tea

My favorite type of tea: matcha. It provides antioxidants, energy, metabolism, fat burn, calms the mind, detoxifies and gets rid of bad toxins... and this one has collagen too! This is why I take it so regularly. Oh, and matcha also boosts your fertility!

How to drink: Mix with hot water, mix well, and add cold (if you want over ice) or hot (if you want to drink warm) milk of choice (coconut, almond, etc).


- Coconut Creamer, Vanilla Creamer & Mocha Creamer

If you take a coffee daily then this may be a great place to add your daily dose of Collagen.

How to drink: Simply add in coffee as your creamer or on top of your latte for an extra flavor

How to drink: Add in protein smoothie or juice prefer. I personally dont like these mixed just with water but you can do that too (hot water so it mixes well and then add ice if you want cold).
